Why Have SOP?

While it may appear that having written rules and guidelines about how to do things reduces creativity, it really increases it by enabling us to concentrate on being creative while everything else has been "figured out." This means spending less time on "work for the sake of work" and much more time on difficult, intellectual, and creative work that enables our clients to develop. The idea is that you utilize this SOP as a reference guide if you're unsure how to accomplish anything or even when starting on a new project.
